Incontinence Supplies
Incontinence products delivered directly to the patient’s door.
MD Medical Services is the largest supplier of incontinence supplies to Medicaid patients in Mississippi. We work with Mississippi Medicaid to ship a range of products, including diapers, pull-ups, underpads and barrier creams directly to the patient’s home. As part of the program, each patient receives a mix of these products that best meets their needs. Their total number of products must equal approximately 180 items per month (6 items per day).
To qualify for the program, patients must have full Medicaid coverage, be over the age of 3, live at home and have an incontinence diagnosis, such as unspecified urinary incontinence or full incontinence of feces. Patients must also meet two of the following criteria:
Unable to control bowel or bladder function.
Unable to utilize toilet facilities due to a documented medical condition.
Unable to physically turn or reposition self.
Unable to transfer self from bed to chair or wheelchair without assistance.
From there, we make the process as easy as possible. Once we receive a referral, our customer care team will:
Contact the physician for all needed prescriptions and documentation.
Contact the patient or caregiver to handle any necessary paperwork.
Ship the supplies directly to the patient’s home.
Contact the patient or caregiver every month to check the quantity of supplies and replenish if necessary.
We accept referrals from caregivers, physicians, Medicaid waiver offices and home health agencies. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team.
